To graduate from the Galatasaray University Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Program, a student must:

• Have successfully completed 240 ECTS credits of compulsory and elective courses in accordance with the curriculum,
• Have successfully completed a 20-day production internship at the end of the 4th semester and a 40-day management internship at the end of the 6th semester,
• Have at least a B2 level of English, and
• Have presented and successfully completed a graduation project. To enroll in a graduation project in any academic semester, a student must have successfully completed all courses from previous semesters, with the exception of one course. A student enrolled in a graduation project must have successfully completed all courses to present the project. Students who fail the graduation project will take a make-up exam.

The graduation of a student who has met all graduation requirements is confirmed by the Faculty Board's decision. To receive their undergraduate diploma, students must apply to the Faculty Student Affairs Office with a petition, return their student ID card, and submit documents proving they have no outstanding library debts and have returned their graduation gown.
